Mission Statement

The BU Ignite Dance Team is a group of dedicated individuals who are eager to share their love for dance with the Belmont community. Our team believes strongly in collaboration with other campus organizations to entertain and build positive relationships in the community. We aim to give dancers a safe space to showcase their talent while also increasing their abilities and testing their limits. The BU Ignite Dance Team is strictly student run and not affiliated with the official dance program at Belmont University.

When & Where:

September 12 from 6-8 pm (mandatory)
September 13 4-6 pm (mandatory)
Location: Sports Science Center on Campus

What to wear:

Black Bottoms with a sold color shirt (preferably black)
Sneakers
Half-Sole lyrical turner or no socks for Lyrical or Contemporary
Hair must be up and out of face
No jewelry unless it is small earrings
